Re: Dead PSU - Technical Report ?

Not sure, but I got a quote to get it repaired and dont think I want to throw good money after bad.

I'm now at the stage where I dont want it anymore, as it has proved to be unreliable. I therefore want to pursue another way of recouping my money....

But for this they need a Technical Report f...

According to the Sales of Goods Act (UK): • Wherever goods are bought they must "conform to contract". This means they must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality (i.e. not inherently faulty at the time of sale). • For up to six years after purchase (five ...

Bought mine first one around 20 months ago.

11 months later it died.

Spent £35 posting it to Germany and getting a replacement.

The replacement died last week....

Think I will spend my money on another product.

1 Dead R1000 for sale then !

Sent my unit off under the 2 year warranty last Monday from UK to Germany at a cost of £30 ! However, came back in 1 week, very quick and good service (shame the unit had to be sent to Germany at an expense of £30) ! Got a brand-new unit. Questions are, if anyone knows the answer: 1. Does the ...

Sorry I meant R1000 (Soundbridge Radio) and not M1001. Looks like there is no good will for this 'factory defect' even though I am out of warranty by only 3 weeks..... Dell replaced my battery on my laptop 1 month after warranty expired and there wasn't even a 'factory defect' with them ! Come on Ro...
