Re: Has Vimeo Pro ever billed you for excessive bandwidth?

They just gave me a price per GB bandwidth. Yep its cheaper than wistia and s3. ( sliding rate card style) Thanks for the CDN advice. I'm familiar with the term but i don't know how it really works. So If I have a 600 hours long course and I'm selling to my members. Where should I host them? Do...

Re: "There appears to have a problem. Please try again later"

I am having the same issue too... I've created channels previously, and the Roku developer dashboard says it ingested my feed successfully.  Have you found any resolution with yours? This is a Roku problem, which is already taking more than two weeks to be resolved. Hi Luiz, Thank you for reaching ...

Re: Feed refreshes properly, but the channel crashes on start

From your description, you may be a victim of the Roku bug others have reported last week on this forum. Check the previous posts for more info. I don't see any mentions of any symptoms similar to this on the Direct Publisher forum. Look this Post -  https://forums.roku.com/viewtopic.php?f=100&...

Re: Feed Issue, no videos showing up (Newbie)

Not sure that's accurate. I have an unpublished channel that I use to test my published channel and it works fine. There must be more factors involved than it being simply an unpublished channel.  Maybe it has something to do with the date a channel was submitted. I received this same email 6 days ...

Hello,

The thumbnail bug for Direct Publisher has been fixed. Please retest your channel and follow-up with Partner Success if you still experience any issues.

Re: Error: Unable to download from feedURL

Hello,
I already rename it, I copied all the files from my server to amazon s3, and I changed the links, I copied the code to http://myjson.com/ and even then, it has time indexing the video and then loses.
thank you

Re: Error: Unable to download from feedURL

I have the same problem, since the 14th,  the "blackout" day,  there have been several errors, is there anyone else going through it? I put json on my dedicated server in amazon S3 and even then the errors go back and forth. What I think is weird is that I have used this same json for a lo...
