Hi Agprimatic, I have a simmilar setup, except I have two tuner cards on my Myth Backend (2000 & 3000). I have never experienced a lip sync issue. Are you telling Myth to record in native TS format or are you transcoding to mpeg? I keep all my streams native. I hope someone else can be more help...

You have probably already checked, but do you have you Roku's time and date set properly? Also, for me I must be using "east Indiana" for my time zone. I live on the east coast, but this works for me.
