You should see at least one input on your TV that is yellow, red and white. Just connect these to your Roku, and try setting your TV to the correct input source. I switched over to component, and I haven't had this problem. It is either the HDMI cable, the HDMI out of the Roku, or the HDMI in of the TV. Since component works just fine, I will leave it at that.
