Sounds like you're looking for http://www.rokulabs.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=3498 . An App for the Roku called Viper which can use the All My Movies files from what I recall.
Click on that thread and see if it will do what you want.

Did you try new batteries in the remote? I've seen bizarre results with various remotes when the batteries are low. Otherwise I'd say maybe the remote itself has gone south if the panel controls work fine. Try the hard reboot first. Maybe it just needs a reboot? It is after all a computer. Just beca...

I have it first hand from a guy that knows where RokuDon used to order pizza that the update was going to be this week until SimonO went and ruined it for the rest of us. Is that like the old "Watched Pot never boils", changed in this instance to "The asked for Beta dump never materializes"?

Take a look at: http://www.rokulabs.com/about/

Down near the bottom.....

" 8<snip>8 Roku—which means “six” in Japanese—is the sixth company built around Anthony’s inventions.... 8<snip>8 "

Found the pronunciation in a few places, it's "roh-kuw".

The Roku folks have been too quiet for way too long, at least here in the Photobridge forums. Anybody live close enough to their offices to drive by and see if the lights are still on? It's been over 2 months since the last 2.x Beta and I think it was RokuDan who said several weeks ago that he was a...

The salesdrone at Circus S***y at first got puzzled and then PO'ed when he gave me the "Hey dude, wanna BUY a DVD you can only watch a couple times?" sales pitch and I started laughing hysterically. It felt like he should be standing in a dark alley in a trenchcoat trying to sell me a "Bolex" watch ...

Here's one DVD from DVD Profiler's "Wish List" category. I put one in there so that it would hopefully output a small enough file to include in a message. All DVD's are between the <Collection> and </Collection> tags with each DVD being wrapped in a set of <DVD> </DVD> tags with other assorted tags ...

I loose one of my SMB shares about once a week. Rather than reboot, I just go into setup uncheck the share, exit, go back into setup, and recheck the share. I believe that someone posted a command, which they wrapped a script around, to remount all of the SMB shares. I have NFS setup and never have...

Re: Cover Art

I have a cover.jpg, folder.jpg and folder.thm file in the same folder as the MP3's. Still no cover art. I apologize for asking such a weenie question when Sonica is such an improvement over the native capability, but I want to find out what I am doing wrong. Any advice on what to check first? Not s...

For the price the Kaleidescape SHOULD be impressive in every respect. I saw it at the HT show in NYC this spring. Pretty impressive, but still had some major missing items for the major $$$$ they're asking for it.

How long did you wait? I haven't played around with them all that much, but some of them took about 10-15 seconds before they started playing. I'm guessing it depends on how long it takes to contact the site, have the site start sending the feed, and buffer enough data to start playing.

I lose the ability to see files or directory structure in some of my shares from PCs running WinXP-Home sp2. Turns out that the reliable shares are on a PC that never goes into standby nor turns off the hard drive. The problematic shares are on PCs that do shut down the hard drive and go into stand...

I've had excellant luck with everything I've ever hooked to my D-link equipment. I've got a DI-704 4 port wired router (no wireless in my home). The cable modem (Motorola SB-5100) goes into one port on the router and a 16 port switch plugs into one of the other ports. I started with a D-Link DSS-16+...
