Are all 9 of your posts the exact same post? I mean come on. You talk about 2 hours you want back, why should we have to read your exact same complaint in every thread here? If you want help, make 1 thread and talk about it. You want to complain, talk about it in the same thread, we dont need 9 thre...

You have got to be kidding! Wow-delivery was missed and it sounds like they are foreclosing your house. How do they or we know you weren't somewhere where you might have missed the door bell. Are you going to tell me they did not leave a tag? They are required to. They are 99.9% efficient this way....

While I can't tell you how well it will run, I do have a friend that has internet over sat and it is not pretty. With the inherent lag built into it, it is not good for gaming and I can most guarantee its not good for movie watching. I am betting that you would at most, get 2 dot quality and if you ...

Tell them you been there all day, and remind them you are not a business, THEY must have gotten it wrong. usually when I have a package I know is being delivered on a particular day, I watch...

They have the "Greatest American Hero" on DVD. "The Six Million Dollar Man" & "The Bionic Woman" is only available for PAL systems. I've tried very hard to buy those, but they are only available for region 2. I agree completely! However, I am boiling mad that I can...

Sorry to seem really lame, but what is a sticky thread?

The threads at the top of the forum that are always there in the same place. They sticky them so that people can find them right at the top of the forums, where as other posts go down as new posts arrive.

That is why when I am watching a tv show, I always fast forward through the end credits and let it resume. It only takes a few seconds for it to resume and then your on the next episode.

One of the Roku guys posted a while back that there are (I believe) around 6 distribution centers for instant watch. I know I am on the east coast and I do not get the problems some people have reported about the content servers being hammered. Mine at anytime during the day or night is 4 dot (I do ...

To get to the debug screen.

Hit home 5 times, Rew 3 times and FF 2 times.
All about 1/2 second apart. It may take you a few tries to get it right. Once in there, just highlight the 2.2mbps connection and hit the select button.

Re: Stupid LAN behaviour

When the Netflix player gets its IP address via DHCP, the first thing it attempts to do is ping the gateway that it was given. If this ping fails, it gives the ever-informative unable to access local area network screen. So, if your gateway doesn't reply to ping (and there's no good reason that it ...

Well, they kinda are already there. If you have a movie in your queue about to expire, it does show it on the screen. However, its not an announcement, you actually have to look at it to see that it is going to expire.

This only happens to me if I have paused a movie for a few minutes. When I hit play again, the audio will be out of sync for about 30 seconds and then corrects itself. I am on component and using rca jacks to my av receiver

I understand that I may have two issues if I use component inputs. The first is that the DishNetwork Box is a HD Box (VIP 622 DVR) and is most likely incompatible with the Roku Box if I were to want to "splice" the (component) inputs from two sources and second (which may be related to th...

Given your clues, I solved the problem. The reason why I was not seeing anything on the TV Monitor was conflicts with other sources of video outputs. The DishNetwork Box outputs video using Component Video and the Bose DVD Box uses S-Video. The only other source for the Plasma screen is PC. Once I ...
