Soundbridge preset vs. TVersity preset

Hi All: Does anyone happen to know why the following url plays fine as one of my 18 Soundbridge presets but apparently cannot be served up by TVersity? http://www.theedge1550.com/wurp32.m3u (WURP 1550 AM Pittsburgh, PA) I have this entered in as an "Internet Audio" preset on TVersity (TVer...

More presets?

Any chance for the SoundBridge to have more than 18 presets? I really enjoy my M1001 - the ability to access internet feeds directly without having to turn the computer on is a huge plus, but I'm having to shuffle around the 18 presets quite a bit. Even 25 would help... Sorry if this request has bee...

I use an FM transmitter (not one of the cheap ones that only goes 10 feet, but rather, one of the better ones with decent range). Got the idea from my gym - they have them plugged in to several tv's, with a sign under each one with the FM frequency assigned to it. I bought the same model my gym had ...

M1001 plays internet radio on dial-up connection

Hi All: Learned something interesting this morning, so I thought I'd share it with the group. My DSL is temporarily down while I switch accounts, so I'm on dial-up for a few days. The connection speed is actually good for dial-up (53 kbps), and I hadn't yet switched off my home wireless network. I k...

You could also try this alternative url:

http://winmedcdn.cbsig.net/infinity_wfan-am

(I believe you can also substitute "mms" for "http" if necessary)

That's interesting that it only works when you enter the url for that game into one of the fields on the Soundbridge preset page and then press "Play," but it makes sense because you're controlling it from the computer (which is logged in to MLB.com) as opposed to controlling it from the Soundbridge...

Buckaroo, I'm not really sure what the format of last year's url's was, but they might be similar to what you have captured. I think it's similar to what I captured the first (and only) time I was able to do that with url snooper a week ago. I used to capture the url's last year mostly because the f...

I downloaded the TVersity server program, and saved a bunch of internet radio station feeds as audio presets there. TVersity lets you "tag" the presets with labels that are readable by the Roku as categories, allowing you to have a few genres for your presets as well. You have to unfortunately turn ...

I'm trying to do the exact same thing today. I thought I was going to have it working, then it unexpectedly failed. I planned to log in to MLB.com on the laptop, and select Windows Media Player (as opposed to Real Player) as the default player (I think it gave us that choice last year), for compatib...

I use these, in case they're helpful:

KROQ - http://winmedcdn.cbsig.net/infinity_KROQ-FM
KITS - http://winmedcdn.cbsig.net/infinity_KITS-FM

I believe you can also substitute "mms" for "http" in either one.

I'm considering the same thing right now, since I subscribe to MLB internet audio each year. The only way I know how to play it through my M1001 would be to login to MLB.com on the computer with your username and password, get the WMP feed running, do a right-click/properties on Windows Media Player...

Thinking of getting an HD1000 - Questions

Hi All: I currently own a Roku SB M1001 and enjoy it very much. I'm now looking for a device to send streaming video and photos from my laptop to my home tv (and connected audio system). I've been studying the various forum postings fairly thoroughly, but I have a few questions that I hope someone c...
