Re: -YouTube-

Personally I don't like Youtube. I find Vimeo having way more artistic-oriented content, rather than cheap skits and pranks and useless vlogs, and otherwise videos that entertain you for 2 seconds and then you forget all about it. actually most of what i have subscribed to on youtube is channels li...

Re: -YouTube-

There can be an official channel tomorrow if you want to chip in on the rumored 7-figure dollar amount to get it ;) considering the number of things i currently watch on youtube that looks much better on my tv than my netbook - i'd pay a one time $1 fee, or even maybe up to $3. but not monthly. i k...

Re: Newbie Help: Will my old tv and receiver work with Roku?

Re: [Private Channel] TV.com (No longer available)

oh what a shame. i'd be delighted if they'd make an official channel out of it. there's a lot of good stuff there.

Re: Content Available Online

i watch limited HGTV and FOOD network content on the roku. there are rotating episodes from a handful of shows. each has their own private channel and there is some content available inside the nowhere tv channel. there's a lot of good stuff for kids, but maybe not the specific characters your child...

Re: Newbie Help: Will my old tv and receiver work with Roku?

4pengwn,I don't know what the specs are for that tv, but I can tell you that i'm currently using my roku on a CRT tv from the mid 90's with a coaxial only input by running it through an old vcr. and I previously have hooked it up to a faux wood grain tv with an actual dial on it that was even older,...
