It is a combination issue of netflix and Roku --- one that needs to be fixed ASAP or when Christmas hits there is going to be a storm of unhappy customers

I have the same TV and the key sequence works I did leave out it is under the system's operation menu ...

Press Home 5 times
Press FF 1 time
Press Play 1 time
Press Rew 1 time
Press Play 1 time
Press FF 1 time
then disable ping

Press rapidly, evenly and without pausing.

reset your modem and router by unplugging them for a few seconds -- see if that helps

to view them you will need a server of some kind ... I recommend Plex --- you install the server on your PC and the plex channel on your roku  and no you do not have to "go premium " to use plex the "free version" works fine   https://www.plex.tv/apps/streaming-devices/roku/

have you tried getting comcast to unlock the DNS section of the router so you can use a public DNS ?

yes -- both my express units updated and both had this bug -- I also gifted 1 and a buddy of mine got one on my recommendation and they also now have it.Add to that reports I am seeing on face book groups I know about 20 people who have it ....
