I think that's only available when a channel doesn't have some type of screensaver or dimming.

I might be wrong, I haven't looked in about a month, but for the Roku...you have to set it from the Hulu website.

It controls my TV & Soundbar, but they are both the same brand.

 Looking at the Roku Remotes page..only the Roku Enhanced Remote with Voice Search (the top 2) have the Headphone Jack.

Most of the channels give you the option of putting in a zip code or 2.

Highlight the Plex channel & hit the * key, you will see an option to remove channel.
You could probably also just sign out of Plex on the Roku & sign in with your new account.

No, when you format...you lose everything. What you can do is move all your files to your PC, format, then move them back.

I had it for about 3 months when it 1st came out.
I only got rid of it because I felt it wasn't updated enough...JMO
