yep, sorry I defended smart TVs earlier in this thread. My TCL seems to randomly reboot while watching stuff, and tonight in the middle of streaming, it lost wifi, and could not find any other networks (so it's not my router) Disable network pings and then soft reboot seemed to solve the problem ......

you need an IP camera, or one that broadcasts using a URL to do this. There is already a public channel, webcam one I think that lets you connect to any webcam and view the feed. If you want to build your own custom channel. you can definitely do this with an IP camera. I have one of those web camer...
