Looks like the update got things back to normal again under v 7.1

Changing the screen resolution to 720p (from 1080p) allows me to at least view PlutoTV video in full screen using the Roku 4. I change the resolution back to 1080p for normal viewing of my other channels. Rolling back to v 7.0 on the 3500 HDMI streaming stick restored normal operation of PlutoTV on ...

I just performed the same procedures on my Roku 4 (reboot - no joy; remove, reboot, re-install, reboot - no joy).

I've confirmed that all of my other channels work properly under v 7.1, including the private channels. It appears that this problem is isolated to PlutoTV and v 7.1.

Huh. It plays fine on my Roku HDMI Streaming Stick and my Roku 3, both of which are running 7.1. It is jacked up (1/3 screen) on my Roku 2 XS and Roku 2 XD. Was there anything you did after applying the v 7.1 update that might explain the difference in performance on our respective 3500 devices? No...

Is it possible to roll back to 7.0? If so, how?

Confirmed that PlutoTV no longer works properly on either my Roku 4 or Roku 3500 HDMI Streaming Stick. Both devices were updated to 7.1 today.

The video fills slightly more than 1/4 screen.

The Roku 4 is on an HDTV (1080p), the 3500 is on an HDTV (720p).

Any ideas as to what to try?
