I assume you tested your download speed with other sites and ruled out ISP bandwidth issues? I haven't heard anything about server problems. But I'll let Netflix know that you had reported this kind of issue. There are (if I remember correctly) 5 or 6 different server clusters geographically spread...

NEW problem with qualtiy

I've been having a proglem with quality today. I force my Roku to 4 dots, but, while watching an episode of Quantum Leap today, it had to reload 5 times. If I go from my PC I was getting 1 dot, and then on another attempt I got 2. I reset my modem and router, and speed tests are showing a solid 5MB ...

Ya know I have had my unit for less then 24 hours now and this is about the only thing that I have come to notice that I am less then impressed with. I have been putting movies in my que left and right and have come to realize that if I am looking for a specific movie that I essentially "tagge...

Lots of video devices that have a power switch do not actually switch the power OFF anyway! Take NON DVR satellite boxes for Dish and Direct. They have power switches, but, that switch just turns the video off, it does not actually power the device OFF because then it would have to re-aquire the sig...

I have to turn my sound up for everything on the Roku box.

Regular DirecTv, VHS, DVD work fine.

I just thought it was normal. Everything is working fine otherwise, I just have to turn the sound level up. I don't have the problem of blasting sound effects to have speaking loud enough though.

With 130, I find it tedious to scroll thru my list of movies. I cannot imagine 500 or anything close to it! Would make things a nightmare!

Well, not that my feedback is necessary here, but, I happened to receive my player during the day when I was at work and my wife was out of town. Had I had to wait until someone could be here for a signature, I would still not have my player, as my wife is coming home today. As it was, it took 8 day...

Yes, I too would like a solution to this. I have 135 in my instant queue, and I spent about 25 minutes last night putting them into alphabetical order. That is better, but, still not a solution. I know that none of us would be inclinned to use such a feature for our mailing queue's but, I think that...
