Can someone tell me where to find this on Roku?

I believe you still have to purchase 2000 Mules through Dinesh D'Souza.  When it was initially released, I purchased and viewed it on Rumble (although you can also subscribe to D'Souza's Locals account as well).

I have also seen 2000 Mules movie posted on both Bit-chute (one word, eliminate the dash), and Odysee, but these are not official, authorized releases. (users simply uploaded it to their channels).  You can use your own moral compass to decide how/where to watch this movie.  

Both Rumble and Odysee have channels/apps available for Roku, Bit-chute does not.  You can either install Rumble on your Roku device or go to their website and use your laptop via a HDMI cable to your TV.

Yes, It is available. You can Add the Rumble app on your Roku and Then Join the Locals by Dinesh D'souza. There you can find the 2000  Mules Movie. 

Add Rumble > Sign up > Subscribe.
