Hello, I bought a Roku TV in 2020. The model number is RTR4360-B-US. The remote that came with it recently broke, and replacement remotes won't work with the TV. I had previously been using the app, but after factory resetting the TV to sell it, neither the app nor any remotes will work. What would the issue be?

You need a remote from the TV's manufacturer (TCL, Hisense, onn, etc.) or a Roku Voice remote.  You can't use a Roku "simple" remote.  It's probably easiest to get a universal remote that supports Roku TVs.
