Solving playback issues

I was wondering if anyone had any idea why this happens?

Random channels keep vanishing from Live TV (Freeview). I have no idea why, my stepdad swears he never touched anything.

It's happened to my stepdad's 4K Roku TV twice now and he's getting fed up. We have to do a rescan of the channels to make them return but we may have to return this TV if it continues. If a TV can't be a TV it's not much use to us.

I'd appreciate any help on the matter.

We understand you're having a problem with the antenna channels since they randomly vanished. We're happy to assist you further. Please try to restart your Roku device by going to settings, system, power, and system restart.

Depending on where you live, you may be able to receive free "over-the-air" TV broadcasts from nearby TV stations using an HDTV antenna. The placement of the HDTV antenna can affect which TV stations you may be able to receive and the quality of the TV signal.
