Roku can't reach me at my email

'm trying to set up a Roku stick and when I enter my email address (the one I'm using for this account) I get a message that Roku can't reach me via email. What is going on here?

I already tried a different email and could activate the Roku stick.

OK, this is not going to work! Is there an actual human tech support that I could call? I need to get this stick going!

We appreciate you for inquiring for support, and we're here to assist. Could you please confirm to us the Roku device and its model you are having issues with? Also, could you please provide an image referring to the message you've received when activating your Roku device?

In the meantime, we recommend using an alternate email address and network, such as a mobile hotspot, to see if you're able to activate your Roku device.

Please let us know what you find out.
