no sound & slow loading using comcast internet

Streaming services routed thru my roku 4800x load very slowly and now include only video and no audio. This has been an intermittant issue in the past but Comcast (internet provider) claims the their line speed is normal and router/modem are not the issue.

How do I get roku to troubleshoot their unit since the offer absolutely NO in-person customer service for customer after they've paid for the product?

Thanks for the post.

Have you already tried changing the wireless channel on your router to see if that helps the issue you are experiencing? 

For troubleshooting purposes, have you tried connecting your Roku device to an alternate wireless network, such as a mobile hotspot, to see if the same issue occurs?
