Sudden Death of my M1001

Mon Dec 31, 2018 12:53 am

Hello Everyone

I guess I am not the only one who owns a dead soundbridge music player.

I am in Canada - is there someone like Pete in the UK or Matt in the US that can repair the unit ?

The unit just went dead after working for quite sometime. From reading the forums I am guessing that this is a PSU issue that everyone has been reporting but could it be something else ???

You can email me directly with any of your suggestions.

Thanks.....

I would bet you can swap a new power supply and solve that problem.

Hi Daryl;
Just wondering if your SoundBridge was revived. I'm also in Canada and my unit powers up and down continuously. Did a new power supply fix yours? Jim

I purchased a replacement power supply from this website:

It has been working solidly for several years now.
