Pandora - linking HELP!! Please

Sun Feb 14, 2010 2:47 pm

I am trying to get Pandora through my M1001 and Vista. I have 'solved' the display problem (I'm using IE instead of Firefox).

I have created an account at Roku (separate from my Radio Roku account). Now it wants to Link my player. The problem is that it tells me to look at my TV screen!

Can anyone tell me how to get Pandora? I'm probably overlooking something simple.

Thanks so much,
Lori

Hi AuntieLolo

The Roku Pandora channel is only for the Digital Video Player (Roku DVP), not the Soundbridge models. Hence the instructions to look at the TV.

You can listen to Pandora on your M1001, indirectly via your PC. You need to use a media streaming application on the PC, such as Windows Media Encoder (WME) or the Jamcast media server which has a Virtual Soundcard stream. Search this forum for further information.
