I've been trying out the MediaMonkey 4 (now in beta). I am pleased to report that it streams to the M1001 natively, AND it keeps track of the play count and last played date when doing so.

What this means for those of us with SoundBridges:
1. Another single-package option for streaming and library management. No need to configure a combination of Firefly and something else. Another choice beyond WMP and iTunes.

2. No need for extra software which tries to keep the play count up-to-date -- see the Control and Intergration, and Feature Requests, for this hot topic from years past.

There may well be other software now that does these things too, but this is the first one I've become aware of.

TROUBLE getting Roku M2000 Soundbridge to work with MediaMonkey4

Can anyone provide assistance as to how to get the soundbridge to work with media monkey 4?

I have enabled file sharing and under:

Tools--Options--Library--Media Sharing

I have checked both boxes for ENABLE MEDIA SHARING, and ALLOW CONTROL

Soundbridge still brings up error: 'NO MUSIC LIBRARY FOUND'

There is also an ""Add" button in that same MediaMonkey dialog box. You may have missed that -- click the "Add" button then choose which parts of the MM library you want to share. Click OK and you should see an entry in the "Add Shares" list.
