can I listen to a radio station which is broadcast on 'iheartradio'

trying to get wsus 102.3 in NJ

plays on iheartradio

this is the URL when playing on: http://www.iheart.com/live/1023-wsus-13 ... =main.html

can I plug in some permutation of this URL into my soundbridge?

anybody got a solution?

WSUS is in Radio Roku, is that not working for you?

Sorry, I'm not near my Soundbridge at the moment. The stream URL listed is active and plays in VLC. But it could be the case that the AAC stream is not compatible with the Soundbridge.

Good guess! It's an AACplus stream which the SoundBridges can't handle.

On your SoundBridge? No.

The only way to play such streams is to transcode them on a PC and send them from there to the SoundBridge.

Jamcast is a good option for this and their price is now pretty reasonable. It's a pretty good server and easy to connect to the SoundBridge. It's got a "Play To" feature as well.

I don't recall where I found it online, but I got the following URL for the iHeart radio station in Providence, RI that streams OK to my M1001. There's a bunch of scrolling stuff on the display, which I assume is metadata for the song being played but the format is off.
