Hi,

I tried it as well and Radio Snooper doesn't find the address (URL).

Although radio snooper finds most URLs, it can't find all of them. Particularly if the web site goes to great lengths to obscure the URL.

Sorry. You can try emailing the station.

Regards,

Anthony

I had to go into advanced mode, the URL is:

http://64.34.149.200/CJPXFM?streamtheworld_user=1

I'm looking into why you don't see it in normal mode,

Thanks!

Hi All,

I came across your problems with CJPX FM Montreal when looking for an answer to mine. I have been listening to this station using Roku for almost 2 years when suddenly it stopped working. The station is still operating, I can listen to it on their website and using a program called Screamers but I cannot get it to work on Roku - I was using the URL http://64.34.149.200/CJPXFM and it worked fine. Its not stopped. Can anyone suggest what I might try. My Roku works fine and I can listen to many other stations. I wouldn't bother except CJPX is one of the best classical music stations online

Thanks

DaveC is on holiday, but he is the best person inside roku to check it out.

He'll have a look when he gets back.

CJPX Montreal is again acting up

Sat Mar 22, 2008 3:10 pm

CJPX has again stopped working.

I've tried it on your website as well as my Roku - Nothing -

They may have changed the URL as it does continue to work on their internet site. I've already sent them an email and will let you know if I get a reply.

In the meantime, it would be appreciated if Roku's fine engineering department can take a look at it and see if they can come up with something.

Thanks and all the best

Morton

Hi Morton,

Roku's fine engineering department, I'm afraid, isn't working on Easter Sunday. But CJPX 99.5 FM Montréal, Québec should now be playing again on your Soundbridge.

CJPX

Fri Mar 28, 2008 11:48 am

I also am a CJPX listener thru Soundbridge and recently have lost that ability. I'm wondering if the URL has changed or if it's still the same, ie.

http://64.34.149.200/CJPXFM?streamtheworld user=1

Any information that would help me get CJPX back functioning on Soundbridge would be appreciated.

Thanks

Hi Jackie39, welcome to the forums -

Why not log-in to RadioRoku.com and use it's interface to set-up your Soundbridge with the latest stream-URL for CJPX (and any of the 7,500+ other live approved stations) that are currently playing A/OK here in the UK

Cheers, Alan

CJPX

Thanks, Alan, for the advice concerning all the information and oportunities
available by logging into RadioRoku.com. I should have thought of looking
there myself but obviously didn't.
I now have CJPX back on my Soundbridge playlist and working fine.
