"No valid items were found in the feed" - Using Vimeo Pro

Here is my json file that is being hosted on myjson.com:  https://api.myjson.com/bins/18eydv

The file has been validated through jsonlint.com.  I have attempted multiple times to upload it to my Roku account with negative results.

When I go to check my feed url status after uploading it I get this message:

I think all of my Vimeo HLS links are good, so what am I doing wrong?  Thanks in advance for your help.

Everything looks fine in your feed.  Did you try changing out the Vimeo URL for another one?  It could be Roku DP is having an issue ingesting the feed from the hosting service as well.

I just opened up a new channel account and put in everything like before and it worked.  It doesn't make sense but it seems to be working now.  Strange.

Use Vimeo Pro to get HLS external links.

Read this README - it tells you how. https://kbdick.github.io/sr_roku/README_sample.md

Re: "No valid items were found in the feed" - Using Vimeo Pro

Roku Direct Publisher (RDP) is a great product and its free, but it has its limits and drawback, one of them is that it takes hours for the new content to update, it's very hard to troubleshoot and you will be spending a lot of time doing it.

Maybe it's time to switch to a more robust solution:
1. OTTfeed.com platform to manage your content feed (works with Vimeo Pro).
2. Our custom Roku app that is similar to RDP with a lot of extra features.

To get more info or to request a demo go to https://ottfeed.com/

Thanks,
