Cannot open sample channel

I followed the tutorial and finished it https://developer.roku.com/publish/channel-tutorial
But my channel cannot open in my Roku Express. It just opened the Start screen then closed

Anyone know how to fix it? Help me, plz.

My Roku: 3700RW - Roku Express
My location: Vietnam, Southeast Asia

Are you sure you're building it using Direct Publisher?  I got an error saying its going to be a non-certified channel and to enter an access code?

Its been a while since I posted, I'm a bit foggy on some details.

I sure, this is my config after finished the tutorial. The reason is region, isn't it? I selected all countries
One more question, if I use the Direct Publisher, should it be a certified channel?
