Feed Status - No Valid Items and Cant download thumbnail?

Hi, here is my very basic sample mrss feed: http://www.teetertaught.com/mrss/tta.xml

Is there something wrong with the formatting? Errors I get are:


  • No valid items were found in the feed
    10/20/2016 11:31AM



  • 1 item has an error: Thumbnail could not be downloaded.

Ahh.. figured this out. I have a free cloudflare account which is blocking the image request.

I also started to get the same "thumbnail could not be downloaded" warning from Roku Direct soon after my site was proxified by CloudFlare.
Were you able to fix it this issue?

To the OP...how did you resolve this? I think CloudFlare is preventing my thumbnails from being ingested. There are no firewall events being triggered but the errors only happen when trying to access images on domains where we have CloudFlare turned on. The only thing left we can think of is to put an IP rule in the Cloudflare firewall and open it up for ROKU. But I don't know (or even know how to find out) what IP address Roku hits our feed from.
