Does the HDHR run in a mythfrontend ok? i.e. does it lock signal etc.
As it works for me and hondo I am sure we can get it running for you too.
Assuming it does run in a standard mythfrontend, can you run mythroku from the command line and post the log details.
I may need to add some lines if that doesn't help.
Also can you watch the homerun through The Endless's TVPLAY?
If you can watch recordings and skip commercials your db connection is ok. That is needed for the hdhomerun as mythroku has to wait until the db entries are valid before launching livetv.
Do you have other tuner cards (pci) do they work in mythroku under livetv?
