Can I View HTML Files on HD1000

Thu Sep 29, 2005 12:45 pm

Is it possible to view HTML files on the HD1000. I'm using a program called All My Movies to keep track of my DVDs and it creates HTML files of my collection infomation. It would be nice if I could view these files on my roku.

Sounds like you're looking for http://www.rokulabs.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=3498 . An App for the Roku called Viper which can use the All My Movies files from what I recall.
Click on that thread and see if it will do what you want.

Sorry No I use Viper and it works wonderfully. What I'm looking for is an app that I can use to view HTML files through my Roku HD1000.

One option is VncSix. It lets you see a web browser running on another computer, provided a VNC server is running on that other computer. If you already have a server running with your music or video files then you have a great place to run the VNC server and a web browser to use on your PhotoBridge.

VncSix info is available here:

One VNC Server is available here, though there are many others:
