DTS PLAYBACK on DVDs ,ts-files???

Does the photobridge hd1000 support DTS DVD Soundtracks.
Is there any way to hear DTS through the Roku? (DVDs).
With mplay or cinemaSix? it does not work!?
in the general roku setup : there is only switch between stereodownmix and Direct stream digital.....
please help...

DTS and PCM are not supported for video playback on the PhotoBridge. This has been discussed in depth in these forums. Do a search for "DVD" and "DTS" and you should come across quite a few threads.

Unfortunately, it's a PhotoBridge limitation, so unless they make the necessary changes in the firmware, it won't be possible.

i thought it is possible to play DTS .ts (vob converted or original ts) Files per VLC lan.
some other people do that.--and it works!?
because of the Transportstream?

No. The video decoder in the PhotoBridge does not passthrough DTS or PCM regardless of the source. DTS is supported for audio files, but not video.
