I linked my Vimeo and Roku accounts a couple of weeks ago. Yesterday Roku behaved as though I hadn't. The screen on Roku says "use the activation code below..." except there is no code. I tried again today and still no code. Any suggestions?

I did the "turn it off and back on again" trick on the Roku box. No factory reboot and no entering a new activation code, my account was linked again just like it had been.
