OK, this makes no sense.

I have 2 Roku HD's on the same network.

1 of them works flawlessly.

The other works flawlessly for Netflix streaming, not a problem. 4 dots of quality.

--but--

When I try to access the Twit.tv channel, it restreams constantly and gradually degrades to 1 dot of quality and becomes unwatchable. The same channel on the other Roku on the same network is fine.

I have reset the Roku, wiped it to factory state, etc.

Why would this be happening? Thanks in advance for any expert advice you can provide.
