It may be related to the fact that the Kidlet channel is currently broken.

Looks like sync.tv and Roku are working to get it fixed.

Hopefully there will be some sort of announcement when a fixed version is available.

Kidlet has just been updated and should be working now. If you have the channel installed, you should be upgraded automatically within the next 24 hours. If you want to force an update, simply go to the Channel Store.

Yup, watching Redwall as I type this. (it's like Lord of the Rings, but with rodents.)
Perhaps try removing and readding the channel?

Di you enter the channel store and exit? That's forces an update to the channel.

thanks for the suggestions! but still no candy..

yesterday I removed and added back the channel with the same results. cartoons do not load. (everything else is working fine, ex: Netflix)

today I entered the channel store and then exit it and still not working.

My kids love Sonic!

I will try again both things tonight.

thanks again

If your box is on the latest firmware, then it sounds like it might be worth a call to support for you. It might be something unusual with the state of your box.
Hate to sound too Microsoft about it, but did you try rebooting? (unplugging/replugging the Roku's power cord.)

yes, my box has the latest firmware and everything is working great... I might be going crazy here but I can't watch any episode directly from their website using my PC and the Kidlet channel on the Roku box still isn't working for me.

I can't get anything to load in from Kidlet either. Have been trying off and on now for a few days now. Even did a factory restore, updated software again, still nothing.

We're looking into why this no longer works. We'll update this thread when we find out more.

Just got our Roku last Monday... Kidlet worked perfectly until Saturday, but has been out of commission since, despite uninstall/reinstall a couple times, with and without Roku reboot.

Just dipping a toe in, hoping to figure out how to fix Kidlet.
