A small nudge in the right direction...?

Tue Dec 26, 2006 11:24 am

I'm just wondering if anybody can give me a few quick pointers in the right direction...?
I've got a VB project that I think is connecting correctly to my SoundBridge using Winsock. However, using Winsock.SendData to send commands such as "sketch" seems to do absolutely nothing.

Am I barking up the wrong tree with that approach?

This is just a learning exercise while I'm off over christmas, so I'm just fiddling with no real point to it - I'm really just hoping to be able to sketch on the screen and return some lists from the SoundBridge - from VB, that sort of stuff. I can use Telnet to do it with no problems.

I've hit a brick wall today and I was just wondering if anybody would mind sharing the benefit of their experience?

Thanks on advance
