I can connect to library, see playlists, songs etc. BUT

...everysong I play I get " Unable to play" (songs are not itunes downloaded).
Also when trying to upgrade software i get" Failure to connect to server HTTP error 500"

any suggestions?

I have the same problem, cannot connect to the server, I can get radio stations but cant upgrade software to fing out why I cant play my playlists from itune 7.7.0.43. any ideas or do we need to move on to other products.

Same here. Ever since I upgraded to iTunes 7.7 I have been unable to see any music in my library. I am able to play radio though. I tried to update the SB to the latest beta but to no avail. Downgrading iTunes to earlier versions haven't helped either.
Please advice.
