Play the streams in any decent player (Winamp,MediaMonkey,etc) and right-click and select Properties on the playing stream. You can often find the true source url, as well as stream info.

BBC Radio %

Hi, newby trying out my Xmas present. Followed instructions and downloaded/installed beta update. BBC radios 1-4 work fine. Radio 5 works on the PC through Radio Roku homepage but not on Soundbridge? I am in UK.

unfortuately 5Live seems to be broken at present. That's the beeb tinkering away. Like the rest of us you'll have to wait for a fix from Roku... don't hold your breath... may be a while :roll:
