My knowledge on the mac is limited as I always previous used windows, but I have tried everything stated int he read me file, including full manual uninstall and re-install etc and always the same thing!

Its annoying as I have loads of music I want to play on my soundbridge but it wont recognise itunes...

Rob,

welcome to the forums.

Firefly 1.0 is very outdated. You can download the latest version here. However, it looks as though even this version isn't compatible with Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard). I haven't managed to get it to run properly on my Mac. But as you have nothing to lose, it's worth a try.

Is your SoundBridge Roku or Pinnacle branded?
