I connect to the wire my HD210 and in a few seconds (around 8-10 seconds), starts to flash the red led in 8 rows. We already try update the firmware and test the demos from Brightsign and anything works. There are not difference Inserting or not the SDCARD.

Please confirm it's 8 and not 10 times. If you startup the unit with no flash card, do you get a brightsign logo on the screen with firmware? DOes the red error light flash three times, and repeat?
