Farewell from a HD1000 Rev A owner

Wed Apr 22, 2009 5:56 am

I just wanted to say thanks and farewell as my HD1000 Rev A unit has died. I had replaced the power supply courtesy of the instructions provided here and downloaded several great apps for the HD1000. Thank you to everyone here for your help in making a piece of cutting edge technology useable.

If anyone wants the unit, please let me know. Just pay for shipping. It could be a power supply again. The symptom is the power light is on solid and nothing happens. The busy light never flashes and there is no video output. I have built a HTPC and am using that with Windows 7 Media Center as a replacement. I have the original box, remote, and I believe the manual. I don't have the original power supply.

Thank you all again.

Please don't dump it yet
I will PM "Burkhardi" to check if he could use it for spares -
Thank-you
