We have a volume problem. We have a 2015 Samsung Smart TV - internet capable. When we used it over WiFi to watch Netflix or Amazon, BEFORE connecting a new 2017 Roku, it worked fine. Now we have a basic new Roku connected so that we can watch football on asking TV without cable (we have 1 GB internet). Problem is that the Samsung remote seems blocked and now controls only power to the TV. The volume is too low and we can’t figure out how to control the volume. I’ve tried all available options on the remotes, also tried unplugging Roku, power down, etc - no luck. Now even with the Roku disconnected, the TV remote does not work for the functions previously working just a week ago. Help!!
