We have 3 Roku Premier +, and 2 old school AV connection Rokus. The NBC app doesn't work on any of them......and hasn't for over a week.
So its an issue somewhere on Roku's network or NBC's network, it could also be some kind of DNS issue.
If the app itself were bad no one would be able to load it. I have had issues with audio sync on just amazon but I could watch it on a pc without issue which pointed to my device so I finally did a full factory reset and that cleared it up but the odds that all of your devices have the same issue are pretty long.
