2nd Express plus in a row not waking up when you hit "home" or "Ok".
Worked for a few days, then has the same problem the last one did.
Power supply needs to be disconnected, then unit re-booted to work.
I asked Roku mods for advice.
None was given.
And that is how...........you lose customers.
Returning all Roku devices that don't work.
Bought Amazon Fire tv's to replace them.
And no, it's NOT my TV.
Other Roku devices work fine with it. It's the Express plus model that's defective.
