Shawn, can you please expand on what the exact difference is between the 2017 Ultra 4660 and 2018 Ultra 4661 that warrants calling it "new"? Has any of the fundamental hardware changed, or is it merely the same device newly bundled with the JBL headphones (and updated firmware, of course)?

The Roku Ultra is identical but the player now includes premium JBL headphones for private listening and new remote finder sounds (including the Game of Thrones theme song).

I was surprised when I looked at the bottom of the unit and saw a model # of 4660X2 - and - FCC TC21016 stamped into it.
What gives? I bought the thing as the "all new and improved 2018 model" that you hype. How in the world did it get mis-packaged and what do I do about it????? The Walmart has sold the other one they had off of the shelf so there is no swapping it out with them - IF the other one they had was even properly packaged....
What do we do to solve this problem????
