Having an issue activating TBS and TNT. Visiting tbs.com/activate or tnt activate brings me to my provider (directv) I then login, the page then returns to the original activation page and asks for the code generated by my roku device.
steps to reproduce
install tbs application
click into settings
click to sign in
am brought to activation page where an activation code is shown
on a browser i visit tbs.com/activate
i enter the code
i select my cable provider (directv)
i am brought to a directv login screen
i enter my credentials and login
i am then redirected back to the original activation screen asking for an activation code
on the roku device, it never changes, just shows the code
I have followed the instructions for reboot (uninstall app, reboot device, install app) and am getting the same response. This is the same for tbs and tnt.
I am on a TLC RokuTV 8103X, software 8.2.0 build 4169-48
