Any comments on IROKO TV? Other Nigerian or African Channels?

Hi -

There's a Nigerian movie I'd like to watch which is here:
Confusion Na Wa (2013)
Not Rated | 1h 45min | Comedy, Crime, Drama | 1 August 2013 (Nigeria)
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt3012648/

I don't seem to be able to identify a DVD to buy, and a search does not turn up the movie on Roku.

Looking around further, this youtube link shows part of the movie and then asks me to sign up at something called IROKO TV.

My questions:
1.  Does anyone know anything about IROKO TV?  Is there a reason I cannot access it directly through Roku?  I do want to see this movie, but given the cliche or classic concerns about paying for items from Nigeria, does anyone know if there is a particular security concern with paying for this channel?

[edit to add: IROKO is claimed here to be the world's "...largest legal digital distributor of African movies...."

Still, poking around online and reading some pros and cons about it, unfortunately there are some indications of real problems and so I am still very wary of signing up directly to pay them.  If they are kind of big by African movie standards, then I would be curious whether an effort has been made to get them directly on Roku and what the issues have been in this effort.]

2.  Does anyone have a view on other African TV movie channels on Roku?  Is there a chance others might allow me to stream a specific Nollywood movie on Roku even though that movie does not show up in Roku Search?
