The Plex app on my Roku is aware of my Plex servers but says they are unavailable. I have two servers, but get the same response whether either one or both are running - this has always been the case.
Yet the Roku is happy with my connections and I can happily connect to either of these servers and play videos via the Roku Media Player.
My stick is a Roku Express; I cannot find a model number or software version.
Does anyone know what might be the matter, please?
