"Retrieving movies from your instant queue" consta

Have been using Netflix/Roku about 6 months w/no problem. Today, we receive a constant "retrieving movies from your instant queue" message. I have movies in the queue and the box is receiving and "excellent" signal from my wireless network. Help!!

After messing with this for 1/2 hour, my wife figured it out as soon as I posted my previous message. Guess we just needed an update. :oops:
