Accidently Confirmed HD Option

Fri Jan 02, 2009 7:43 pm

I was looking at the update while dealing with three other household issues (Dads and Husbands get NO rest). Anyway I confirmed the HD option for the wrong tv and now I have a blank, dark screen and sound. Tried to reset by unplugging/replugging everything. Did not work. Is there a way to reset or get back to factory defaults?

Thanks,

Mark

Try resetting the unit using the reset button on the back. The user guide (page 43) says: "to do a factory reset, press and hold the reset button for 15 seconds." This will wipe all of your setting and deactivate your unit. You can then start from scratch after reactivating the unit to your Netflix account.
