Unfortunately, MLB is not making postseason.tv available on any devices other than mobile platforms (iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch) and PC browsers. MLB.TV subscribers using the Playstation 3 are in the same boat as our users. MLB support has explicitly stated that postseason.tv is not available on anything other than the above mentioned devices and they do not appear to have any intention of enabling it for PS3 or Roku users.

If you subscribe to MLB.TV, playoff games are viewable on the Roku player after the live games are over and go to archived status. Unfortunately, live games are blacked out due to MLB's blackout policy on nationally televised games.

Did you try to negotiate with them the way you successfully negotiated the original MLB/roku deal? I would imagine this might be something that they would want, if you talked to the correct person in their administration. If not for this year, maybe for next year?

Key word there is support... When does any companies support group give you anything but the party line? They don't. If you want to get anything of import done, you need to go to the people who actually make decisions.

It's not happening this season. MLB did not provide any advance notice to us that they were releasing the postseason.tv package. Without their cooperation, there is nothing we can do at this point.
