Is anyone having problems streaming MLB TV on the wireless Roku device? I am getting constant reloading/buffering every few seconds. My wireless internet speed is 15 Mbps. MLB TV works good on my wireless laptop computer and Netflix works good on my Roku device. Things I have already tried are unplugging and rebooting the device, removing the MLB TV channel & adding/reactivating it, moving the Roku device around, and I have updated the Roku software. Running an ethernet wire to the device solves the problem, but my modem/router and the Roku device are in separate rooms, so I really need the wireless capability.

I have the same problems, and I've tried the exact attempts at a solution that you have tried. Sometimes a game starts briefly, but the rebuffering is constant and makes the game unwatchable. Usually, however, I don't even get that far, and the "retrieving" bar simply grinds to a halt.

No problems watching games on my Mac laptop.

Very frustrating, because one of the big reasons I bought Roku in the first place was so I wouldn't have to carry my laptop, power cord and adaptors, etc., down to the TV room to hook it up every time I want to watch a game on the big screen. As it stands now, my Roku investment is a waste.

I've had no problems whatsoever with the MLB channel. Great quality picture, no buffering issues.

I gave up with trying to get the wireless method working and found a way to get an ethernet wire from my modem/router to the Roku box, and now MLB TV works ok. If anyone has any other suggestions to get the wireless method working, please feel free to reply. I have another TV in the house that has another Roku device and there is no way to get an ethernet wire to that one and it would be nice to watch MLB TV on both of my TVs.

I am having a problem with MLB channel not updating the game times correctly. I have to exit the channel and access the channel again for the times to show correctly. I have to do this every time.

I'm not getting any games now. I can get games on my iPod Touch and on my computer, but Roku is simply not "retrieving" the games. It just tries for a few seconds then goes back to the previous screen.

This is unacceptable. Roku cannot claim to offer MLB.TV games and then not be able to deliver, consistently. In fact, this is illegal.

100-1 this is a streaming problem from MLB, NOT a Roku issue.

Then why is there no problem with MLB.TV on other devices, only Roku?

I has been 3 days now for me I can't watch any games on my Roku device. The audio works fine. I can also watch mlb on my boxee box and computer without any issues.

Does anyone know if there will be a fix?

Different devices work differently and use different streams.

I'm having constant rebuffering problems as well. Games are unwatchable. I'm using a wired connection

My games will not even start. It tells me if the problem keeps occurring to try unplugging the roku. I have no buffering issues because the game feeds wont even load.
Could this matter on ones location?

MLB.TV on Roku is not working at all. No games. A complete failure.

I'm streaming the Yankees game on my laptop without any problems.

I will be writing my review on Amazon.com shortly...

Btw, I'm sticking with my Roku XDS because it does offer a lot of programming. I believe Roku will solve this problem. I support Roku 100%, but I want my Yankees!
