With v 5.2, my 2XS was actually powering off intermittently. I did a chat session with support and they had me to a factory reset. A couple of days later my player updated to 5.3. I haven't had any problems since, so I'd do a factory reset if I were you.. Yes it takes some time, but once you've logged back into your Pandora and other accounts, you'll be good to go.. Hope that helps.. it did for me.. Now I'm going to be on the hunt for Roku 3's that were Xmas gifts but aren't wanted.. My goal is to get one for <$50 !.. Happy Holidays folks!
